Job Description
The restaurant located at 3700 Pecan Boulevard, McAllen, TX, is an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchise. This franchisee is licensed to use McDonald's trademarks, logos, and food products but operates as a separate business from McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds full responsibility for employment functions including hiring, firing, staff supervision, discipline, and scheduling. This means that if hired, you will be employed directly by the franchisee and not by McDonald's USA, and all employment decisions related to this restaurant are made exclusively by the franchisee.

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, mornings, and late nights
- ability to stand for extended periods
- basic English communication skills
- ability to follow instructions
- availability to work part-time or full-time as needed
- positive attitude toward customer service

Job Duties
- Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
- help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
- prepare all of McDonald's world famous food
- partner with other crew and managers to meet daily goals and have fun
- keep the restaurant looking fantastic by cleaning the floors, equipment, dining room
