- Prior retail or cashier experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to operate point of sale systems
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
- Demonstrate company behaviors and partner with others for support
- Engage customers actively and assist with credit, rewards, and gift card programs
- Promote company sales and customer service programs
- Complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
- Maintain signing and merchandising standards at checkout
- Stock and merchandise impulse fixtures and replenish items
- Call for assistance when needed in checkout
- Use point of sale mobile devices to manage lines
- Assist with omnichannel efforts
- Support recovery, put backs, and fitting room maintenance
- Participate in annual inventory processes
- Support company shrink and safety initiatives
- Meet established performance standards consistently
