- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in cashiering or food service preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Basic math proficiency
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Perform sales transactions in a timely fashion
- Enter all sales into the cash register to ensure purchases are accurately recorded
- Make change, accept declining balance cards and other acceptable forms of payment
- Issue receipts to customers
- Follow standard procedures for issuing cash refunds
- Interact with customers and resolve customer complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- Manage assigned change funds and cash receipts ensuring the cash drawer complies with overage/shortage standards
- Observe customer purchases and differentiate between standard portions
- Replenish condiments, coffee, beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service areas
- Keep pastry case stocked
- Ensure compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures
- Ensure compliance with all sanitation, ServSafe and safety requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned
