- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in cashier or food service roles preferred
- ability to operate point of sale systems
- reliable and punctual
- ability to stand for extended periods
- availability to work various shifts including weekends and evenings
- good physical stamina

Job Duties
- operate point of sale system
- assist chef with food preparation
- prepare coffee and maintain coffee station cleanliness
- perform cashier duties including maintaining cash accuracy and making deposits
- assist in preparing catering orders
- perform general cleaning duties including trash removal
- provide service in retail areas including line serving
- inventory and restock supplies and food products
- set up serving line ensuring food temperatures are within acceptable limits
- serve hot and cold items to customers
- keep refrigerator stocked and practice first in, first out rotation
- stock pantries with correct food item levels
- record temperatures and inventory amounts daily
- perform other duties as assigned
