Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Ability to perform arithmetic operations involving US monetary units
- Ability to work in an open-air environment under various weather conditions
- Physical capability to lift and carry moderate weight items
- Ability to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Compliance with state and local food handler and alcohol service health regulations
- Must practice safe work habits and complete mandatory safety training
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to interact with co-workers to assure compliance with company service standards
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work in an open-air environment regardless of climate conditions
- Physical ability to lift and carry 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds, and navigate stairs/ramps
- Availability to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Sufficient mobility to perform constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling
- Compliance with state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage service
Job Duties
- Timely and accurate cash and credit card transactions and reporting
- Set up, maintain, and clean workstation
- Prepare simple menu items
- Sell items, collect payment, and make correct change
- Interact with customers to ensure superior satisfaction
- Enter sales accurately into cash register
- Perform closing duties including cleaning, product storage, and trash removal
- Provide quick, efficient, accurate, and friendly service to guests
- Verify customer IDs for alcohol purchases
- Suggestively sell and upsell items
- Maintain a clean, neat, and safe work area
- Collaborate with co-workers to ensure compliance with service standards and cash control procedures
- Perform arithmetic operations involving all US monetary units
