Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Strong communication skills
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and event days
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Must comply with sanitation and safety standards

Job Duties
- Sells concessions including soft drinks and food items to customers
- Serves customers in an efficient and friendly manner following the steps of service
- Interacts with customers and resolves complaints in a service-oriented manner
- Performs sales transactions accurately and timely
- Handles cash including making change and issuing receipts
- Maintains compliance with cash drawer standards
- Replenishes condiments and general supplies
- Maintains cleanliness of concession area
- Ensures sanitation and safety regulations are followed
- Performs other duties as assigned
