Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One to three months of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must be able to read and write standard English
  • Must have basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
  • Must understand 24-hour and military time systems
  • Must be able to understand and apply rates based on time
  • Availability to work 7 AM to 3:30 PM schedule including weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Must follow established procedures and operational guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One to three months of related experience or training
  • Basic math knowledge
  • Ability to read and write standard English
  • Ability to comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
  • Ability to write simple correspondence
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
  • Ability to add and subtract three-digit numbers
  • Ability to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's
  • Ability to perform calculations using American money units
  • Ability to understand 24-hour and military time systems
  • Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed

Job Duties

  • Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers and clients
  • Acknowledge and greet guests immediately while maintaining professionalism
  • Address guests using last names when appropriate
  • Treat guests and associates with courtesy, respect and dignity
  • Maintain accuracy and composure while under pressure
  • Use proper Towne Park phone etiquette
  • Assist guests with directions and other inquiries
  • Provide information about outlets, meeting rooms, amenities and local attractions
  • Determine guest charges and process payments via cash, credit or direct billing
  • Categorize tickets accurately for audit purposes
  • Collect and reconcile revenue accurately and provide payment receipts
  • Complete accurate and timely shift reports
  • Follow standard operating procedures related to cash banks
  • Operate registers, gates and credit card machines
  • Obtain information about daily events and rates
  • Complete all tasks as instructed by the Lead Cashier or Account Manager
