- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic proficiency with mobile and Point of Sale technology
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
- Demonstrate company WORTH behaviors consistently
- Assist customers with credit, rewards, and gift card programs
- Promote sales programs including Findmore
- Complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
- Stock and merchandise impulse fixtures and replenishment at checkouts
- Utilize Point of Sale on Mobile Warrior device to manage checkout lines
- Assist with Omnichannel efforts
- Participate in inventory processes and maintain fitting rooms
- Support company shrink and safety initiatives
- Meet performance standards related to sales, productivity, and attendance
