Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers with excellent customer service
- Demonstrate WORTH behaviors consistently
- Partner with colleagues for additional support
- Engage customers actively and resolve problems
- Assist customers with credit, rewards, and gift card programs
- Promote Findmore and other sales programs
- Complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
- Assist with signing and merchandising at checkouts
- Stock and merchandise impulse fixtures and replenishments
- Call for assistance when extra help is needed
- Utilize Point of Sale on Mobile Warrior device
- Assist with omnichannel efforts
- Perform recovery, put backs, and fitting room maintenance
- Participate in annual inventory processes
- Support company shrink and safety initiatives
- Meet performance standards consistently including sales, product knowledge, customer service, and attendance
