Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- available to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
- excellent customer service skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- physically capable of lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds
- able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during shift
- able to handle job stress and interact effectively with others
- comply with health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience is beneficial
- strong interpersonal communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills for handling transactions

- ability to stand for extended periods
Job Duties
- Take orders from guests
- process payments accurately
- assist guests with prize redemption
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area
- provide exceptional customer service
- support team members in other operational roles as needed
- handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally
