Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- available to work various shifts
- excellent customer service skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- able to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shifts
- able to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior cashier or customer service experience advantageous but not required
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- basic math and cash handling skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
Job Duties
- Take orders accurately from guests
- process payments efficiently using POS systems
- assist guests with prizes and redeeming rewards
- maintain a clean and organized cashier station
- provide friendly and attentive customer service
- promote Chuck E. Cheese memberships and Fun Pass sales
- adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards
