Job Requirements
- be at least 16 years of age
- available to work various shifts
- excellent customer service skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk and squat during shifts
- ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers
- willingness to work in a loud environment with flashing lights and moving mechanical parts
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in customer service or retail environments advantageous
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- energetic and outgoing personality
- basic math skills for handling payments
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- take orders accurately and efficiently
- process payments using point-of-sale systems
- assist guests with prize selection and redemption
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier and front-of-house area
- provide excellent customer service by greeting and engaging with guests
- manage cash handling and balancing at the end of shifts
- promote company programs and memberships during guest interactions
