Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Available to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk, and squat during shifts
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and coworkers
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior cash handling or retail experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality with a positive attitude
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Take orders from customers accurately
- Process payments efficiently and securely
- Assist guests with prize selection and redemption
- Provide excellent customer service with an energetic and enthusiastic attitude
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station
- Handle job stress effectively while interacting with guests and coworkers
