Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts including weekends and evenings
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Physical ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shifts
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to handle job stress and effectively interact with guests and coworkers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and customer-focused personality
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods
Job Duties
- Greet guests and take food and game orders
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Assist guests with prize redemption and inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area
- Promote memberships and Fun Pass sales to customers
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and energetic attitude
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
