Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- available to work flexible and various shifts
- possess excellent customer service skills
- have an energetic and enthusiastic personality
- able to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during shifts
- capable of handling job stress and interacting effectively with others
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous cash handling or customer service experience a plus but not required
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- positive attitude and enthusiasm for working with children and families
- basic math skills for processing transactions
Job Duties
- Take orders from guests
- process payments accurately and efficiently
- assist guests with prize selection and redemption
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area
- provide excellent customer service with an energetic and friendly attitude
- support team members across various roles through cross-training
- handle guest interactions and resolve issues professionally
