Job Requirements

  • Be at least 15 years of age
  • available to work various shifts
  • excellent customer service skills
  • energetic and enthusiastic personality
  • ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk, and squat during shifts
  • capable of handling job stress and interacting effectively with guests and co-workers

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous cash handling experience is a plus
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • enthusiasm and a positive attitude
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist guests with orders and inquiries
  • process payments accurately and efficiently
  • assist customers with prize selections and redeem rewards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station
  • promote memberships and Fun Passes to guests
  • ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
  • provide excellent customer service to enhance guest experience
