Job Requirements
- be at least 15 years of age
- available to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- excellent customer service skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shifts
- successful completion of background check according to company policies
- compliance with health and safety standards
- ability to work in an environment with flashing lights, moving parts, and loud noises
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous cash handling or customer service experience is a plus
- strong communication skills

Job Duties
- take orders from guests
- process payments accurately and efficiently
- assist guests with prize selection and redemption
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area
- provide exceptional customer service with an energetic and enthusiastic demeanor
- handle cash and POS transactions securely
- support team members across different roles as needed
