Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during shifts
- Willingness to work in an environment with flashing lights and loud noises
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet guests and take food and drink orders accurately
- Process payments using cash registers or payment systems
- Assist guests with prize selections and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of cashier area
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Support team members in various operational tasks
- Adhere to company safety, health, and sanitation standards
