Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during scheduled shift
- Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others including guests and co-workers
- Willingness to undergo and successfully complete a background check
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Take orders from guests
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Assist guests with selecting and redeeming prizes
- Provide excellent customer service with an energetic and enthusiastic approach
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area
- Handle job stress and interact effectively with co-workers and guests
- Follow health and safety standards as required
