Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- available to work various shifts
- excellent customer service skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
- capable of standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing/pulling, walking, and squatting during shift
- handle job stress and interact effectively with others including guests and co-workers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior cash handling or customer service experience a plus
- ability to communicate effectively and clearly with guests and team members
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- basic math skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Take orders accurately and efficiently
- process payments utilizing point-of-sale systems
- assist guests with prize selection and redemption
- maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station
- provide excellent customer service engaging with children and families
- handle cash and credit transactions responsibly
- support team members in various operational tasks as needed
