Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk, and squat during shift
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is an asset but not required
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Energetic and positive personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Take orders from guests at the register
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Assist guests with prize selection and redemption
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter
- Provide exceptional customer service with an energetic and enthusiastic attitude
- Support cross-training in various positions to enhance guest experience
- Follow company policies and safety standards during all shifts
