Job Requirements
- be at least 15 years of age
- available to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- capable of lifting or carrying objects weighing 0-50 pounds during the shift
- able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat as part of job functions
- pass a background check in accordance with company policies and legal requirements

- prior cashier or customer service experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- greet and assist guests promptly and courteously
- take orders accurately and process payments efficiently
- assist customers with prize redemptions and game-related inquiries
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station and surrounding areas
- adhere to health and safety regulations including sanitation standards
- handle guest concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary
- support team members through cross-training in various operational tasks
