Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- available to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during shift
- able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
- excellent customer service skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- ability to handle stress and interact effectively with guests and coworkers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience is an asset
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to stay energetic and enthusiastic during shifts
- basic math and cash handling skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Job Duties
- Take orders accurately from guests
- process payments efficiently and handle cash register operations
- assist guests with prize selection and redemption
- maintain cleanliness and organize the front counter area
- provide excellent customer service and engage with guests positively
- support team members by cross-training in other store roles
- handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
