Job Requirements

  • Be at least 15 years of age
  • available to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during shift
  • able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
  • excellent customer service skills
  • energetic and enthusiastic personality
  • ability to handle stress and interact effectively with guests and coworkers

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous customer service experience is an asset
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to stay energetic and enthusiastic during shifts
  • basic math and cash handling skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

Job Duties

  • Take orders accurately from guests
  • process payments efficiently and handle cash register operations
  • assist guests with prize selection and redemption
  • maintain cleanliness and organize the front counter area
  • provide excellent customer service and engage with guests positively
  • support team members by cross-training in other store roles
  • handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
