Job Requirements
- be at least 16 years of age
- available to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during shifts
- able to lift or carry up to 50 pounds
- possess excellent customer service skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- able to handle job stress and work collaboratively with team members
- willing to comply with health and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment
- enthusiasm for working with kids and families
- basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- take orders from guests
- process payments accurately and efficiently
- assist guests with prizes and game operations
- maintain a clean and organized cashier area
- provide excellent customer service with an energetic and friendly attitude
- support team members by cross-training in various positions
- comply with all health and safety regulations at the venue
