Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Able to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push or pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shifts
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Energetic and positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Take orders from guests and process payments
- Assist customers with prize redemption and product inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station
- Provide excellent customer service with an energetic and enthusiastic approach
- Operate cash registers and handle cash and electronic transactions accurately
- Support team members in different roles through cross-training
- Follow health and safety standards and operational procedures
