Job Requirements

Be at least 15 years of age
Available to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
Excellent customer service skills
Energetic and enthusiastic personality
Ability to lift or carry objects up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk, and squat during shifts
Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others

Job Qualifications

Strong customer service skills

Basic math skills for cash handling

Job Duties

Take customer orders and process payments accurately
Assist guests with prize redemption and queries
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
Provide friendly and efficient customer service
Handle cash and electronic transactions securely
Support team members in cross-training positions as needed
Follow health and safety standards during all operations
