Job Requirements
- be at least 15 years of age
- available to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
- excellent customer service skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- able to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during shift
- able to handle job stress and interact well with guests and coworkers
- willing to comply with health and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior cashier or customer service experience helpful but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- enthusiasm for working with children and families
- basic math skills
- ability to operate point-of-sale systems
Job Duties
- take orders from guests
- process payments accurately
- assist guests with prize redemption
- maintain cleanliness at the cashier station
- provide excellent customer service and friendly interaction
- handle guest inquiries and concerns effectively
- support team members with cross-trained roles
