Job Requirements
- be at least 16 years of age
- available to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
- excellent customer service skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk and squat during scheduled shifts
- ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and team members
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous cash handling or retail experience beneficial
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- energetic and enthusiastic demeanor
- basic math skills for transaction processing
Job Duties
- take orders accurately and efficiently
- process payments using cash registers or POS systems
- assist guests with prize selections and game tokens
- maintain cleanliness of the cashier station
- provide excellent customer service and resolve guest issues
- support team members in various operational tasks
- comply with health and safety guidelines
