Job Requirements

Be at least 15 years of age
available to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
physically able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shifts
able to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and coworkers
compliant with health and safety standards
willingness to participate in company training programs

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior cash handling experience a plus but not required
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
energetic and friendly personality
customer service experience beneficial

Job Duties

Take orders from guests
process payments accurately and efficiently
assist guests with prizes and game redemption
maintain a clean and organized cashier station
provide excellent customer service with an energetic and enthusiastic attitude
handle cash and electronic transactions responsibly
collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operational flow
