Job Requirements
- be at least 15 years of age
- available to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
- possess excellent customer service skills
- have an energetic and enthusiastic personality
- able to lift or carry objects up to 50 pounds
- able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during shifts
- successful completion of a background check
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- energetic and enthusiastic personality conducive to a family entertainment environment
- basic math skills to handle transactions
Job Duties
- take orders and process payments at the cashier station
- assist guests with prize selection and redemption
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier and prize areas
- handle guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- support team members in various roles through cross-training
- manage cash registers and ensure accurate cash handling
- comply with health and safety regulations during shifts
