Job Qualifications

demonstrate excellent customer service skills
possess an energetic and enthusiastic personality
ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
capable of standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, walking, and squatting during shifts
effective communication skills
ability to handle job stress and interact positively with team and guests

Job Duties

take orders from guests accurately and efficiently
process payments using the point-of-sale system
assist guests with prize redemption and inquiries
maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station
provide excellent customer service creating a friendly and welcoming environment
support team members by cross-training in varied positions
handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
