Job Requirements

Be at least 15 years of age
available to work various shifts
excellent customer service skills
energetic and enthusiastic personality
able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during shift
able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during shift
ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and coworkers
successful completion of background check

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior cashier or customer service experience is a plus but not required
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work flexibly across various shifts
energetic and enthusiastic personality
commitment to excellent guest service

Job Duties

Take orders from guests accurately
process payments efficiently
assist guests with prize selection and redemptions
maintain clean and organized workstations
provide excellent customer service and support to guests
comply with health, safety, and sanitation standards
handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
