Job Requirements
- be at least 15 years of age
- available to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- able to stand for extended periods during shifts
- physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and team members
- able to bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk, and squat as required
- comply with health and safety protocols

Job Duties
- take orders from guests and process payments at the register
- assist guests with redeeming prizes and navigating the entertainment area
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station and immediate surroundings
- provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests in a friendly and helpful manner
- support other team members by cross-training in various roles
- adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards
- follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and guest interactions
