Job Requirements
- be at least 15 years of age
- available to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
- excellent customer service skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
- ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk, and squat during shift
- ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and coworkers
- capable of working in an environment with flashing lights, mechanical parts, and loud noises
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- enthusiastic and energetic personality
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- willingness to learn and adapt
Job Duties
- take customer orders and process payments accurately
- assist guests with prize redemption and provide outstanding service
- maintain cleanliness and organization of cashier area
- handle cash and point-of-sale systems efficiently
- provide product information and answer guest questions
- support team members in other operational areas as needed
- ensure compliance with health and safety standards
