Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shifts
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
Job Duties
- Take orders from guests
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Assist customers with prize selections and game instructions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests in a friendly manner
- Handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant and entertainment area
