Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to lift or carry objects up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during shift
- Comfortable working in an environment with flashing lights, mechanical parts, and loud noises
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality suited for a family entertainment environment
- Ability to learn and adapt to multiple tasks
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment
Job Duties
- Take orders accurately and efficiently
- Process payments using cash registers or point-of-sale systems
- Assist guests with prize selection and redemption
- Provide exceptional customer service ensuring a positive guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier workstation
- Collaborate with team members to support various operational tasks
- Handle job stress effectively and interact with guests and co-workers respectfully
