Job Requirements

Be at least 15 years of age
Available to work various shifts
Excellent customer service skills
Energetic and enthusiastic personality
Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during shift
Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers

Job Qualifications

Be at least 15 years of age
Excellent customer service skills
Energetic and enthusiastic personality
Ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Strong communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Duties

Take orders from guests accurately
Process payments including cash, credit, and digital transactions
Assist guests with prize redemption and game tokens
Maintain cleanliness in the cashier and surrounding areas
Provide exceptional customer service with an energetic and enthusiastic attitude
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Follow health and safety guidelines during each shift
