Job Requirements

Be at least 15 years of age
available to work various shifts
excellent customer service skills
energetic and enthusiastic personality
able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift
capable of handling job stress and interacting effectively with guests and coworkers

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior customer service experience is a plus
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
enthusiasm and a positive attitude
willingness to learn and embrace cross-training

Job Duties

Greet and assist guests with orders
process payments accurately and efficiently
manage prize distribution and engage with children
maintain clean and organized cashier area
provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries
support team members in varied roles through cross-training
comply with health and safety standards
