Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- available to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
- excellent customer service skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during shifts
- pass a background check
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience is a plus
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- ability to engage with guests in a positive and friendly manner
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
Job Duties
- Take orders from guests accurately and efficiently
- process payments and handle cash register transactions
- assist guests with prize selection and redemption
- maintain cleanliness and organization around the cashier station
- provide excellent customer service to enhance the guest experience
- support team members with various cross-trained duties as needed
- follow all health and safety protocols
