Job Requirements

be at least 15 years of age
available to work various shifts including nights and weekends
excellent customer service skills
energetic and enthusiastic personality
able to lift or carry up to 50 pounds
able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during shift
capable of handling job stress and interacting effectively with others

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
strong communication skills
ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
basic math skills for cash handling
energetic and positive demeanor

Job Duties

take orders and process payments accurately
assist guests with prize selection and redemption
maintain clean and organized cashier station
provide excellent customer service with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
support other team members through cross-training
comply with health and safety standards
