Job Duties
- Handle cash and credit transactions from customers
- operate a cash register including receiving payment, making change, and issuing receipts
- accurately ring proper PLU or scan bar codes for sale items
- maintain proper security of cash at all times
- prepare for service before meals and clean dining room after meals including wiping tables and vacuuming floors
- set up and stock beverage areas, grab-and-go items, service ware, and condiments
- clean and sanitize workstations
- brew coffee and tea
- restock other beverage areas
- interact with customers in serving and dining areas providing high quality service
- understand and follow cash-handling policies and procedures
- comply with all HACCP policies and procedures
- comply with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures
- perform any other duties as assigned
