Job Duties

  • Receives and processes cash payments from customers, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Counts and reconciles fees collected, ensuring proper documentation and recording
  • Prepares and submits deposits, following established procedures and maintaining a secure handling of funds
  • Creates and sends invoices for services rendered, maintaining accurate records
  • Records sales transactions accurately and updates the accounts receivable system
  • Conducts cash transactions, providing correct change and receipts to customers
  • Endorses checks and enters transactions into the cash register or cash receipt journal/log
