Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- One to three months related customer service experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience without high school diploma or GED
- Cashier/cash handling experience preferred
- Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
- Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
- Must be able to read and write standard English language
- Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
- Must be able to write simple correspondence
- Must be able to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, clients and other employees
- Ability to add and subtract three digit numbers and to multiply and divide with tens and hundreds
- Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- One to three months related customer service experience or equivalent education and experience
- Cashier or cash handling experience preferred
- Ability to understand 24-hour and military time systems
- Ability to understand parking rates and time calculations
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend standard English
- Skills to write simple correspondence and present information effectively
- Basic arithmetic skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with money and measurement units
Job Duties
- Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers, and clients
- Acknowledge and greet guests within five feet using professional and friendly demeanor
- Use guest last names and appropriate salutations in interactions
- Practice proper phone etiquette and assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and inquiries
- Provide information about facility outlets, meeting rooms, amenities, and local attractions
- Collect and reconcile revenue, furnish receipts, and categorize tickets for audits
- Complete accurate and detailed shift reports
- Follow cash bank standard operating procedures
- Operate equipment including register, gate, and credit card machine
- Obtain information on daily events and applicable rates
- Identify and collect revenue for overnight vehicles
- Maintain claim checks and guest folio archives
- Produce vehicle key inventory and organize keys for pick-up
- Maintain clean and neat work environment including cashier booth, parking areas, and trash receptacles
- Complete tasks as assigned by Account Manager
- Collect claim checks/tickets before issuing keys
- Check vehicle location and damage surveys prior to securing keys
