Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food handler certificate required
- TIPS alcohol certification required
- Minimum one year experience as cashier, bartender or barista
- Must speak, read, and understand English fluently
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and move approximately 15 pounds
- Ability to carry out safety and emergency procedures
- Ability to bend, squat, kneel, climb, and reach daily
- Ability to perform sustained repetitive motion and fine motor skills
- Ability to work in extreme temperature
- Ability to communicate clearly with guests
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic
- Ability to sustain direct contact with the public
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food handler certificate
- TIPS alcohol certification
- Minimum one year experience as cashier, bartender or barista
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
- Ability to operate point of sale equipment
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, teas, and alcoholic beverages
- Serve and take orders for baked goods and sandwiches
- Describe menu items to guests and suggest products
- Order, receive, or stock supplies and retail products
- Provide room service to guests
- Use upselling and suggestive selling techniques
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area
