Job Duties
- Responsible for maintaining stock on the line and restocking before relief comes in
- Responsible for filling all orders from customers
- Work at a steady pace to keep line flowing at a constant rate
- Maintain cleanliness of the line
- Handle large amounts of money as needed
- Follow orders of supervisor at all times
- Have knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and prices
- Follow sequence of service
- Clear, clean, reset and maintain designated areas
- Assist other attendants to provide best service
- Perform necessary side work
- Serve food and beverages with proper garnishes
- Prepare menu items to specifications
- Handle cash and make change accurately
- Ensure paperwork is accurate and complete
- Restock work area and complete requisitions
- Clean counters, standing counters, and condiment stands
- Clean tables, chairs, and ashtrays
- Keep ice bins full
- Maintain safe and sanitary workplace
- Provide courteous and friendly service to guests and staff
- Perform related work as requested
