Job Duties
- Maintain stock on the line and restock before relief comes in
- Fill all customer orders
- Work at a steady pace to keep the line flowing
- Ensure cleanliness of the line
- Handle large amounts of money as needed
- Follow the supervisor's orders
- Have knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and prices
- Follow the sequence of service
- Clean, clear, reset, and maintain designated areas
- Assist other attendants
- Perform necessary side work
- Serve food and beverages with proper garnishes
- Prepare menu items to specifications
- Handle cash and make change accurately
- Ensure paperwork is accurate and complete
- Restock work area as needed
- Clean counters, tables, chairs, and ashtrays
- Keep ice bins full
- Maintain a safe and sanitary workplace
- Provide courteous and friendly service to all guests and staff
- Perform related duties as requested
