Job Duties
- maintaining stock on the line and restocking before relief comes in
- filling all customer orders
- working at a steady pace to keep the line flowing
- ensuring cleanliness of the service line
- handling large amounts of money accurately
- following supervisor orders at all times
- having knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and prices
- following the sequence of service
- clearing, cleaning, and resetting designated areas
- assisting other attendants
- performing necessary side work
- serving food and beverages with proper garnishes
- preparing menu items to specifications
- handling cash and making change
- ensuring paperwork accuracy and completeness
- restocking work areas as needed
- cleaning dining area tables, chairs, and ashtrays
- keeping ice bins full
- maintaining a safe and sanitary workplace
- providing courteous and friendly service
