Job Duties
- Responsible for maintaining stock on the line and restocking before relief comes in
- responsible for filling all orders from customers
- work at a steady pace to keep line flowing continuously
- maintain cleanliness of line
- handle large amounts of money as needed
- follow supervisor orders at all times
- possess knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and prices
- follow sequence of service at all times
- clear, clean, reset and maintain designated areas during shift
- assist other attendants for optimal service
- perform necessary side work
- serve all food and beverages with proper garnishes
- prepare menu items to specifications
- handle cash and make change accurately
- ensure paperwork accuracy and completeness
- restock work area as needed with proper requisitions
- clean counters, standing counters, and condiment stands
- clean tables, chairs, and ashtrays in dining area
- keep ice bins full
- maintain a safe and sanitary workplace
- provide courteous and friendly service to all guests and staff
- perform related work as requested
