Job Requirements
- Must have a valid California Food Handler Card
- Must have a valid Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certificate
- Must have basic working knowledge of cash registers and cash handling procedures
- Must have sufficient math ability to accurately count and handle money
- Must have basic knowledge of concession/cafeteria operations
- Must be able to follow directions and perform work effectively
- Must have a pleasant personality and neat appearance
- Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and employees
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs

Job Duties
- Maintains accurate accounting of all cash and inventory at the assigned concession stand
- Performs location worker assignments
- Stands for long periods of time
- Maintains safe working conditions and sanitary work area for employees
- Plans for daily sales flow based on projections
- Plans for peak hour sales and makes change requirements known to the Food & Beverage Manager
- Organizes paperwork including cashier physical inventory stand sheets, meal sheets, spoilage reports, and cash slips
- Verifies the correct item prices according to the menu
- Stocks and restocks products upon delivery to the location
- Monitors proper recording of employees' meals and meal vouchers (if applicable)
- Maintains accurate cash handling procedures at all times
- Follows all rules and regulations of Food and Beverage operations
- Performs other related duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Maintains a clean, safe working environment
- Complies with transfer and requisition, cash handling, and purchasing policies and procedures
- Must have a valid California Food Handler Card and RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) Certificate
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
