Job Requirements
- high school diploma, GED or equivalent
- minimum one year experience in all phases of casino cashiering and credit operation
- must be able to pass mandatory screening including background and credit check, and drug test
- must be able to obtain and maintain a current California gambling establishment team member permit, badge or license
- basic math and financial skills
- good organizational and verbal communication skills
- ability to work varied shifts and flexible schedules
- excellent customer relations skills
- must be at least 21 years of age

Job Duties
- perform all tasks in a manner that exemplifies core values, meet quality standards and comply with regulations
- acknowledge every client with eye contact, smile, and verbal greeting
- observe clients to understand their needs
- make meaningful connections with clients daily
- proactively ask clients if they need help or service
- display a positive and friendly demeanor
- maintain security and accountability of company funds during shifts
- supervise cashiers to ensure compliance with policies and report infractions
- be available to work any shift including weekends, holidays, on call and overtime
- perform other job-related duties as assigned
